The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness as well as a fine racy minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of green apple sorbet, peach in syrup and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with small touches of crystallized lemon as well as hints of verbena, peach flowers and a subtle hint of elderflower.
