Fugue de Nenin 2015 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant and relatively fine. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and a touch of plum skin associated with fine notes of wild strawberry / raspberry, slight notes of flowers (rose…) as well as slight / discreet notes of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, sleek, silky, relatively generous, relatively fat and offers an acid frame, roundness and elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and redcurrant notes associated with a touch of cassis, a touch of cherry as well as discreet woody notes, sweet spices and licorice. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length and persistence with notes of blackberry cream and a touch of red fruit.
