This crémant has a pale straw yellow color, shiny and clear. Bubbles are dynamic. The nose is fresh, fruity and aromatic with notes of plum but also fresh apple and apricot. With air, we perceive minerality and notes of hazelnut. The palate is fresh and tangy. The effervescence is very present. We find fruity notes like apple and juicy pear but also plum. We have a hint of bitters which accompanies touches of citrus zest. The finish is fine, simple.
