The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tight and offers a fine effervescence, dynamism, a fine fat as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of nectarine/brugnon, pear and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with fine hints of quince, apple and almond as well as a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). Good length.
