The nose is creamy and floral, with notes of pollen, honeysuckle and acacia, a touch of pungent cheese rim. The palate is dense, revealing notes of cinnamon and cloves, powerful body, crisp, zesty acidity to support the massive structure, nice tension. Spicy, lingering finish. The wine is very youthful, will age beautifully.
