The palate is fruity, acidulous and offers suavity, sapidity and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous plum, fresh/acidulous blackberry, small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of crushed/juicy strawberry as well as touches of leather/cloves.
