The nose is aromatic (a beautiful aromatic range) and offers a certain complexity, power (full of finesse and control), a beautiful finesse, deepness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of cooked pear, lychee, small notes of crushed apple associated with small touches of passion fruits, quince, mesocarp as well as discreet hints of kumquat and sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, aromatic and offers juiciness, fat, a beautiful balance, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small cooked side, a small unctuosity, complexity, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed pear, lychee and quenette associated with touches of apple compote, pineapple, kumquat as well as small hints of physalis, almond, apple flowers, lemon verbena as well as a discreet hint of toasted almond and biscuit. Good length. There are delicate/discreet hints of wood which bring complexity and underline the fruit.
