The nose is elegant and offers complexity as well as fine richness. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of violet, fleshy Quetsche plum associated with fine touches of small blue fruits, blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The mouth is fresh, fruity, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of juicy Quetsche plum associated with fine touches of violet, rose, cherry as well as very fine hints of sweet blond tobacco, licorice and an imperceptible hint of caramelization. Tannins are elegant, fine and structuring. Good length and persistence.
