On the nose is fruity and offers an airy side, freshness, a fine grain as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, luscious plum plum and more slightly violet associated with touches of raspberry, crushed cherry as well as hints of liquorice, with fine hints of caramelization, a discreet hint of pepper. and bay laurel. On the palate is fruity and offers roundness, gourmandize, a pretty suavity as well as finesse in its richness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy damask plum, crushed cassis and more slightly pulpy / fresh raspberry associated with touches of liquorice, caramelization, chocolate, bay laurel, oleander as well as a subtle hint of local grove and sweet spices. Good length. The tannins are elegant and offer a fine chew.
