The nose is fine and elegant with notes of white flowers, honeysuckle, almonds, marzipan and acacia, nuances of lemons and white apples. Th palate is round and creamy with a lot of concentration and zesty, refreshing acidity. On the palate the wine reveals flavours of pear drops, yellow apples, lemons, pomelos, with pronounced salinity and flinty minerality. The finish is savoury, saline, very refreshing and long. Good persistence.
