The nose is fresh and floral revealing aromas of honeysuckle, acacia, apple blossom, lemon, lime zest and pear drops. The palate is clean, linear, with a lot of crispy acidity and some minerality. The wine shows nuances of orchard fruits, yellow apples, pears, white currants, a touch of salinity and oyster shells. The finish is chalky, refreshing and invigorating.
