Fontalpino 2013 – Chianti Classico

The nose reveals notes of truffle, mocha, coffee and red fruit combined with slight notes of Sichuan pepper and garrigue. The palate is fruity, mineral, balanced, smooth and offers a certain juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, black cherry and raspberry combined with discreet notes of blueberry as well as slight notes of olive / spices. Tannins are fine and currently young. Good length and persistence on fruity notes.
