Fonseca – Siroco – Branco Extra Seco Porto

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine intensity as well as a very fine alcoholic hint. It reveals notes of quince, small dry yellow fruits, small notes of almond associated with fine hints of yellow apple, a discreet hint of yellow peach, fresh hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of small yellow peach, fresh hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of small yellow fruits. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, tension, a small fullness as well as an acidulous frame and energy. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of quince, small dry yellow fruits, small notes of crushed pear associated with a touch of yellow apple, bee wax, spices, a very discreet hint of pepper and hazelnut flowers. A finish on notes of brioche and dry biscuits. Good length. A discreet hint of eucalyptus on the persistence.
