The nose is fruity and quite intense. It reveals notes of strawberry jam, cassis and dried blueberry associated with a few small notes of cherry jelly, a touch of violet and a fine note of grapes. The palate is fresh, mineral, quite fluid and offers small acidity. In mouth this Porto expresses notes of plum, cassis and slight notes of strawberry associated with a few touches of fig, cherry as well as slight woody notes and a fine note of chocolate. Tannins are a bit grainy. Good length and persistence with notes of blueberry / plum liquor. This wine has a good potential but it’s currently young. (wait minimum at least 8 years)
