The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a certain well-controlled power and delicacy in its power. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed red currants associated with touches of rose as well as a subtle hint of tulip, spices, cherry and a discreet hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, minerality, a nice straightness in finesse, control as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh pulpy cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of tulip, tonka bean, spices and a discreet hint of toasted / toasted almond. Tannins are precise and well developed. Good length.
