The nose is elegant, aromatic, fine and offers a beautiful aromatic range as well as complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of nutmeg associated with touches of violet, plum, Cuben pepper, camphor as well as discreet hints of iris and spices. There is a very discreet/imperceptible hint almost citrus on the finish. The palate is fruity, elegant, beautifully defined and offers gourmandize, a beautiful balance, a beautiful silky matter, precision as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy wild raspberry and small notes of juicy violet plum associated with touches of crunchy/juicy small berries, liquorice stick, violet, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of cornflower/iris and sweet spices (in the background). There is a very discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence.
