Fleur de Thénac Blanc 2021 – Bergerac

The nose is fruity and offers a fine creaminess and richness on the background. There are notes of crème de cassis, pulpy cherry and, more slightly, fleshy raspberry combined with fine touches of vanilla and a subtle hint of violet. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, a nice acidic structure, precision, some tension, a fresh crunchy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy raspberry, juicy/pulpy cherry and more lightly fresh/juicy blackcurrant combined with a touch of fresh blueberry, discreet hints of vanilla, chocolate (on the background) and a subtle hint of blond tobacco.
