The nose is fine (and powerful at the same time) and offers a slight sweetness. It reveals slight notes of dried peach, white fruits (pear…) quince and a discreet touch of dired zests associated with a subtle hint of barley/cereal, a very discreet hint of honey, a subtle hint of cedar wood, nutmeg, spices as well as a very discreet hint of pepper, smoke and dried yellow grape (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers fat. In the mouth this Whisky expresses notes of dried lemon, dried mirabelle and a hint of quince associated with a touch of white fruits, a very discreet hint of apricot, wheat / barley as well as a subtle t of honey, a hint of honey, spices as well as a very discreet/imperceptible hint of menthol on the finish. Good length and beautiful persistence.
