The nose is aromatic and offers a small power as well as elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of nutmeg associated with fine touches of sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of Cuben pepper and leather. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juicines, a small freshness, a good definition and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy red berries associated with fine touches of flowers as well as discreet hints of thyme, a subtle hint of sweet spices as well as very fine hints of caramelization/tobacco. Tannins are slightly firm.
