Figuière – Première 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition, precision/aromatic purity and complexity. It reveals notes of raspberry sour candy, fresh green apple, small notes of lemon flowers associated with small touches of kumquat, juicy/ripe apricot as well as fine hints of juicy/ripe pear, passion fruit and discreet hints of rose. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmande, racy and offers a beautiful definition precision, harmony, tension as well as finesse, a beautiful finesse of the grain and a beautiful finesse of the suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, crushed strawberry, quenette, small notes of crushed nectarine associated with a touch of crushed green apple, pink lychee as well as discreet hints of rose and lemon flowers. Good length. A gastronomic rosé.
