Figuière – Première 2016  – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, gourmand, fine, elegant and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of Gariguette strawberry and raspberry sorbet associated with small notes of citrus zests. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight acidity, juiciness, elegance, harmony, precision as well as a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, raspberry sorbet and small touches of ripe vine peach associated with a hint of juicy mandarin, a subtle hint of lemon zests as well as an imperceptible hint of grapefruit and cassis candy. Good length. A beautiful gastronomic rosé!
