The nose is elegant, racy, fine and offers a beautiful definition, a fine power, a finesse of the grain, complexity as well as a beautiful deepness. It reveals notes of cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of fleshy wild strawberry, liquorice associated with touches of tonka bean, very discreet hints of toasted, toasted almond as well as an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper, cardamom, sense of the place, a subtle hint of tonka bean/dark chocolate. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful definition, finesse, precision as well as complexity (full of finesse) and authenticity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, black cherry and small notes of small red fruits associated with discreet hints of liquorice, black olive/olive tree, very discreet hints of dark chocolate/tonka bean as well as a subtle hint of racy minerality, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of toasted almond. This wine teaches you patience and needs time before being tasted. Tannins are elegant, well-built and structuring. This wine is full of authencity, elegance and complexity.
