The nose is fruity, aromatic, gourmand and offers depthness and concentration. It reveals notes of crushed Bigarreau cherry, crushed ripe cassis and fine notes of ripe wild strawberry, blackberry associated with subtle touches of blueberry, licorice, caramelized oak, dark chocolate, a subtle touch of black olive as well as an imperceptible touch of olive and green cardamom. The wine is marked by its terroir. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, very gourmande and offers a nice definition / delicacy, a beautiful suavity / fat, depthness, a mineral frame, complexity as well as a silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis jam, blackberry and fine notes of blueberry associated with touches of ripe red fruits (red berries, cherry), touches of chocolate, toasted oak, vanilla as well as a subtle touch of praline, terroir / soil and black olive. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There are a hint of minerality, a hint of melted chocolate and a hint of caramel on the finish.
