The palate is fruity, racy (sense of the place), well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, a small complexity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow plums and small notes of fleshy/juicy pear associated with fine hints of flowers as well as very discreet hints of minerality and a subtle hint of spices (in the background). Good length and persistence.
