Feudo Arancio – Hedonis 2015 Riserva – DOC Sicilia

The nosee is elegant, aromatic and offers gourmandize as well as a very fine complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of plum associated with small touches of crushed raspberry, violet, graphit, very fine touches of caramelization, vanilla, a subtle hint of pepper as well as a very discreet hint of tonka bean and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a juicy/mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, black cherry and small notes of ripe small wild black fruits associated with fine touches of black olive, violet, sense of the place as well as very discreet hints of toasted hazelnut and smoke.
