The nose is fruity, well-built and offers elegance, a slight concentration as well as a good structure. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, blackberry and small notes of wood associated with slight touches of garrigue, thyme, flowers / violet, sweet spices and sweet tobacco. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, good structure, a small tension, a nice fat, a good definition, roundness, a slight freshness, crunchy / ripe fruits as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant, cassis and small notes of blackberry, cherry associated with slight touches of blueberry, flowers / violet, caramelization, sweet tobacco, sweet spices as well as touch of cardamom, almond as well as a slight hint of undergrowth and an imperceptible hint of tonka bean / cocoa (in the background). Tannins are slightly firm. Suavity on persistence.
