The nose is fruity, gourmand, harmonious and offers a bit opulent. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with fine notes of fresh red fruit as well as a touch of Sichuan pepper, a discreet note of cedar and a discreet note of tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, elegant, harmonious, silky, smooth and offers tension as well as a fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry combined with a touch of cassis, slight notes of licorice, small notes of violet as well as discreet notes of toasted oak. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length.
