Fattoria di Corsignano 2015 – Chianti Classico Riserva

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers deliciousness. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, Boysenberry and more light caramelization associated with fine touches of violet, fleshy raspberry as well as discreet hints of tonka bean, docile spices and a very discreet hint vanilla pod (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, fine straightness, an acidulous frame as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fleshy wild cassis and small notes of small red fruits associated with discreet hints of violet, tonka bean, Cuben pepper and a discreet hint of olive / racy minerality. Tannins are well-built.
