The wine demonstrates a bright, yellow-gold colour, brilliant and clear. The nose is opulent, rich, revealing nuances of ripe apricot, peach, yellow apple, orange peel and tangerine zest with a touch of dill and fennel. The palate shows a nice freshness based mostly on the positive bitterness rather than acidity. The wine expresses notes of ripe pineapple, yellow peach, apricot, ripe Golden apple, kumquat, nuances of spices like ginger and saffron. The finish is nicely bitter, sweet and spicy.
