The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a silver hue. The nose is intense but delicate with nuances of white pepper, lemon, yellow apple, rosemary, fennel, sage and savoury herbs. The palate is spicy and peppery, with nuances of white flowers, honeysuckle, camomile, a touch of yellow apple, pear and an yeasty hint. An unusual, less fruity and more herbal style of Grüner Veltliner with a unique character and nice salinity on the finish.
