Eva 2017 – Médoc

The nose is fruity and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine minerality. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry, small ripe/fresh red fruits associated with fine touches of flowers, spices as well as very discreet touches of ripe bell pepper and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers fullness, a good dynamism, an acid/juicy frame, a good structure as well as a crunchy fruit. The palate is market by Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry and ripe/crunchy redcurrant associated with small touches of berries, cassis as well as discreet hints of flowers, ripe bell pepper (in the background) and fine touches of toasted oak. Tannins are well-built and slightly tight. Good length.
