The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration / richness. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed berries associated with touches of crushed wild strawberry, fresh/crunchy blueberry as well as hints of scrubland, Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acidulous/fresh frame, suavity, a beautiful definition, a small minerality as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and ripe / juicy raspberry associated with small touches of small fleshy / ripe red berries, of racy minerality as well as slight hints of flowers, spices, mocha and discreet hints of caramelization.
