The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers precision, a beautiful fruity expression and a fine spiciness. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, dried strawberry, raspberry, roasted red cherry and crushed blackcurrant, combined with notes of nutmeg, ground cumin, licorice stick, as well as touches of dried mint, wild rose and violet. On the palate, the wine is straight, chiseled and concentrated. It expresses tangy notes of morello cherry, raspberry, red cherry, blackcurrant, as well as touches of elderberry, rose petals, violet, licorice, dried mint and cumin in the background. The finish is ample, fleshy, but straight, thanks to a structure of firm tannins and salivating acidity. Good length, with the spiciness and savouriness of the wine.
