The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity, with purplish reflections. The nose offers freshness, purity and a fragrant floral bouquet. It expresses notes of juicy red cherry, fresh strawberry, raspberry, elderberry, combined with notes of cherry blossom, violet and a sweet touch of peony, as well as a hint of blackcurrant leaf, wild mint and white pepper in the background. On the palate, the wine offers juiciness, gourmandise and airiness, as well as a well-built tannic structure, but refined and not drying. We find notes of crushed red cherry, morello cherry, strawberry, raspberry coulis and a fine floral bouquet (cherry blossoms, violet, peony), as well as a touch of blackcurrant leaf and licorice in the background. The finish is juicy, gourmand and fruity. A fine, slightly gripping tannic side brings structure and salivating acidity–freshness and liveliness.
