The nose is vivid, gourmand, juicy revealing some ripe strawberries, almost jammy notes, red and black cherries, blueberry pie, sweet spices. The palate is dry and straight and elegant, showing the same set of fruits but much more restrained and delicate. The wine shows very fresh with the present but well-managed tannins. Pleasant, fruity finish with a touch of cherry drupe and kirsch.
