The nose is aromatic and offers freshness. It reveals notes of crème de cassis, blackberry and slight notes of black cherry associated with subtle hints of blueberry (in the background), liquorice as well as very discreet hints of vanilla / wood and discreet touches of caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers a nice juiciness, straightness, a slight concentration, a good density, a mineral frame as well as fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy cassis and plum associated with slight touches of blackberry, discreet hints of red berry (in the background) as well as slight touches of toasted oak and vanilla. Tannins are well-built, fine and very slightly firm. Good length.
