Elise, Le Blanc du Château Le Pey 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc 

The nose is fruity, mineral and offers freshness. It reveals notes of fresh zest, fresh lemon and small notes of fresh grapefruit zest associated with small touches of fresh flowers and gravels/terroir. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, fat, an acidulous frame, a good minerality, a beautiful grain, unctuosity as well as a beautiful roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe zest and small notes of ripe grapefruit combined with touches of crunchy vine peach, crunchy apple as well as discreet hints of gravels/terroir, flowers and very discreet toasted hints (in the background, bring roundness).
