Elevée – Riesling 2018 – Ridgecrest Vineyard – Ribbon Ridge, Willamette Valley

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers complexity and grain. It reveals notes of quince, fresh white fruits and fine touches of fresh lychee associated with fine touches of fresh flowers associated with a subtle hint of fresh kumquat and rose. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness and finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of passion fruit, juicy/ripe vine peach and small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of lychee, juicy quince as well as hints of juicy quenette and a subtle hint of rose/lemon flowers. Good length. A beautiful persistence on acidulous citrus and acidulous lychee.
