The nose is fruity, racy and offers concentration, a fine/finely tight grain as well as deepness. It reveals notes of small black berries, bright black plum, small notes of lily/small flowers associated with touches of black cherry, juicy/acidulous cassis as well as hints of sense of the place (local biotope), cardamom, tonka bean, a subtle hint of mild tobacco, caramelization, toasted, black olive and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight, stretchy and offers an acidulous frame, a fine juiciness, freshness, tension as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cassis, bright black plum, small notes of juicy/fresh small black berries associated with touches of fresh raspberry, cherry blossom, cherry seed as well as fine hints of rosemary, garrigue, a very discreet hint of cocoa, smoke and almond. A subtle hint of hot black olive, cocoa and a discreet sapide hint of the finish/persistence.
