The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers juicy fruit, a small floral side and good definition. It reveals notes of blackberry, bright plum and small notes of violet associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, bright morello cherry as well as slight hints of incense, racy minerality, lily and a subtle hint of black pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, a nice pulpy/tangy fruit, a certain richness, a discreetly tight side, gourmandize, a beautiful work of bitterness, a spherical side, minerality as well as a beautiful small stretched side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of morello cherry associated with touches of violet, lily, hints of juicy/pulpy black plum as well as slight hints of mocha, of sweet blond tobacco,  a hint of cardamom and a very discreet toasted hint (in the background). Notes of cocoa on the finish/persistence.
