The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a certain richness as well as a slight sensation of unctuosity. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, jammy cherry and small notes of fleshy / juicy purple plum associated with small touches of strawberry, strawberry flowers, violet as well as hints of sweet spices, vanilla and with an imperceptible hint of sweet blond tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers gourmandize, a fine creaminess, delicacy, an airy side as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / pulpy blackberry, creamy small blue fruits and small notes of acidulous / fresh cherry associated with touches of fresh raspberry, hints of violet, cornflowers, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of vanilla. Presence of a very discreet hint of lilac, liquorice as well as a subtle hint of almost saline minerality on the finish / peristence. A beautiful and delicate wine.
