The nose is racy. It reveals notes of red fruits and blackberry associated with a few slight notes blackcurrant (in the background), woody touches and fine notes of truffle, slight notes of tobacco and volcanic rock. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and well-balanced. On the palate this wine expresses notes of red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant, cherry) and blackberry associated with slight touches of cassis, fine notes of chocolate, toast as well as slight notes of cocoa / vanilla. Tannins are a bit dry and tight. Good length and persistence.
