The nose is powerful, ract and offers elegance, deepness, a beautiful grain as well as complexity. It reveals notes of olive leaf, dry local ground, blackberry, small notes of tobacco associated with small touches of ripe cherry, crushed redcurrant, hints of spices, pepper as well as a discreet hint of grilled rosemary, sage and a subtle hint almost iodide. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight, beautifully racy and offers a fine grain, delicacy, deepness, a good structure as well as complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, a racy minerality, small notes of olive leaf associated with touches of dry local grove, black olive, tobacco, small red berries as well as fine hints of rosemary, saffron as well as fine hints of cardamom, toasted almond and a subtle hint of caramelization. Tannins are fine, precise and elegant. A palate full of delicacy and power !
