The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, fat, a small suavity, gourmandize, freshness, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a certain richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, Mirabelle, small notes of crushed pear associated with touches of candied mandarine, mandarine zests, mesocarp, hints of lychee, sage as well as very discreet hints of fresh local grove and vanilla. Good length.
