The nose is fruity, (very) slightly powerful and offers a racy minerality. It reveals notes of quince, almond and small notes of lemon associated with touches of white fruits, small yellow fruits as well as an imperceptible touch of physalis and an imperceptible toasted touch / spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, slightly tight, well-balanced and offers tension, gourmandise, elegance, a small freshness, a fine acid frame as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of physalis associated with touches of dried zest of lemon / mandarin, beeswax and toasted touches / butter. Good length.
