Durup 2017 – Chablis

The nose is fruity and offers a small minerality and a slight freshness. It reveals notes of flat peach / crunchy brugnon, physalis and small notes of small yellow berries associated with a hint of citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, structured / frank and offers a good definition, a small suavity, a slight acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandise, a very slighty tight grain as well as a slight minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy flat peach, physalis and small notes of yellow berries / crunchy yellow plum associated with discreet hints of lychee as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers (in the background).
