The nose is fruity and offers intensity as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of quince, vanilla, small notes of toasted associated with small touches of crushed Mirabelle as well as a discreet hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, a fine tension, a good definition as well as a fine suavity and a very fine sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy quince, yellow plum, small notes of quince associated with a touch of lemon flowers, zests, a very discreet hint of juicy/fresh lychee, a racy minerality as well as a saline minerality and an imperceptible hint of toasted.
