The nose is aromatic, elegant and racy. It reveals notes cassis jam, blackberry and fine notes of crushed strawberry, bell pepper combined with a discreet hint of violet, gray pepper and a touch of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, silky, relatively gourmand, nicely depth and offers a beautiful finesse, minerality, a nice crunchy fruit, a good structure and a small juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry, strawberry jam and raspberry associated with discreet touches of gray pepper, spices as well as fine touches of wood. Tannins are fine. Good length.
