The nose is aromatic, straight, structured, elegant, racy and offers concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy crushed cassis and wild black berries associated with woody touches, subtle / very discreet touches of Sichuan pepper, sweet spices, as well as a very subtle hint of flowers and subtle touches of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a beautiful minerality, a slight fresh frame, unctuousity, a beautiful density, a beautiful matter, a slight straightness as well as a slight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, black cherry and slight touches of fleshy cassis associated with a subtle touch of plum, raspberry as well as subtle touches of dark chocolate, tonka bean, cardamom and caramelized oak / vanilla. Tannins are very slightly firm. Good length.
