Duchesse de Magenta 2016 – Bourgogne

Duchesse de Magenta 2016 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of quince, juicy yellow peach and small notes of ripe / juicy citrus associated with slight / discreet touches of exotic fruits and apple. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a small fat, gourmandise, a little freshness as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and juicy peach combined with touches of quenette / passion fruits, crushed yellow plum as well as small hints of crushed pear as well as very discreet toasted hints / almond and butter (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
